Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as a night shift Charge RN, exercising leadership authority and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including directors, managers, and supervisors, to ensure comprehensive patient-focused care across the 365-bed facility. Maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire and require at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Medical/Surgical unit. This full-time role supports the center's advanced technology and cutting-edge medical programs in Montclair, NJ.
