Lead the Medical/Surgical Unit as the night shift Charge Registered Nurse, exercising leadership authority and shift accountability for nursing care delivery through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including directors, managers, and supervisors, while managing care for a 365-bed facility with 1,200+ employees. Maintain full licensure as an RN in New Jersey and hold BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Requires at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Medical/Surgical unit.
