Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the delivery of nursing care on the Medical/Surgical unit through the nursing process, serving as an extension of the leadership team with full shift accountability. Conduct yourself as a leader alongside the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor to ensure unit operations run smoothly. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, New Jersey RN licensure, and at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Med-Surg unit, with BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire. This night shift, full-time role is based at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, an 820,000-square-foot facility featuring 365 beds and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.
