Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as the night shift Charge Registered Nurse, managing shift accountability and delivering nursing care through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, coordinating with directors, managers, and supervisors to ensure patient-focused care across the 365-bed facility. Maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire and require at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Med-Surg unit.
