Job Summary
Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as a night shift Charge Registered Nurse with full shift accountability for nursing care delivery through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor, by exercising leadership skills, authority, and responsibility. Maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed as an RN in the State of New Jersey
- BLS certification
- At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit
