Job Summary
Lead the delivery of nursing care on the Medical/Surgical unit through the nursing process, acting as an extension of the leadership team with full shift accountability. Conduct yourself as a leader alongside the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor to ensure unit standards are met. This night shift, full-time position at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center requires an RN with at least one year of Med-Surg experience and BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed as an RN in the State of New Jersey
- BLS certification
- At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit
