Job Summary
Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as a night shift Charge Registered Nurse, conducting shift accountability for nursing care delivery through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including directors, managers, and supervisors, while managing clinical preceptors and house supervisors. Ensure all staff RNs maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, New Jersey RN licensure, and at least one year of Med-Surg experience. This full-time role supports a 365-bed facility with 1,200+ employees, offering career growth and a people-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed as an RN in the State of New Jersey
- BLS certification
- At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit
