Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Conduct leadership and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care on the Medical/Surgical unit using the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor. Maintain authority and responsibility for the unit while ensuring patient-focused care across 365 beds. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, NJ RN licensure, and at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Medical/Surgical unit. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
