Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the Medical/Surgical Unit as a night shift Charge Registered Nurse, exercising leadership authority and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including directors, managers, and supervisors, to ensure unit-wide standards are met. Maintain full licensure in New Jersey with required BLS certification obtained prior to direct patient care, drawing upon at least one year of staff RN experience on a medical/surgical unit. Manage a 365-bed facility environment with 1,200+ employees, utilizing advanced technology to support patient-focused care.
