• •3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience
• •Minimum of three years' experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access Lab, or a combination of ASC, surgical, Interventional Radiology and ICU/CCU experience
• •Minimum of three years of Interventional Radiology, scrub experience
• •Supervisory or management experience within a medical or vascular access environment
• •Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
• •Experience with Medical database software
• •Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership and supervision of facility personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients
• •Good communication skills - verbal and written
• •Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification
• •Must be able to travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community
• •Must be able to travel to regional, Business Unit and Corporate meetings
• •Must be able to maintain competency with all emergency operational procedures
• •Must be able to initiate CPR and emergency measures as needed
• •Must be able to administer medications and IV conscious sedation to patients as directed per physician's orders
• •Must be able to comply with company, federal, state and local regulations
• •Must be able to comply with HIPPA policies and standards regarding patient information and medical records
• •Must be able to participate in all facility regulatory and accreditation surveys and action plans to address any deficiencies identified

• •Must be able to confirm written orders, consents and lab work are completed and documented in accordance with facility policies
• •Must be able to prepare lab requisitions, deliver to appropriate labs, report and forward lab results to appropriate physician
• •Must be able to manage medications, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control and checking for expired medications
• •Must be able to record controlled substances as required by law
• •Must be able to maintain usage logs for all medications with appropriate documentation
• •Must be able to communicate with the pharmacist to assure medication accuracy
• •Must be able to ensure nurses' progress notes are accurate and complete
• •Must be able to act as the Patient Safety Officer and conduct quarterly patient safety meetings and fire drills
• •Must be able to ensure regular and effective communication with all physicians on an as needed basis
• •Must be able to attend and participate in Governing Body meetings
