Charge Registered Nurse - PT Night

Oversee total health care delivery in the assigned nursing unit, including collection and evaluation of health status data, nursing diagnosis, goal setting, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Provide direct supervision of patient teaching and ensure ancillary personnel perform only qualified services. Monitor nursing service, maintain accurate records, identify potential problems, and propose corrective actions. Coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements and assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations. Ensure unit cleanliness, maintenance, and appropriate levels of medical equipment and supplies. Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend monthly staff meetings as directed.
