Job Summary
Coordinate daily nursing activities by leading staff assignments, conducting rounds, and managing patient placement, acuity ranking, and census entry. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care, discharge planning, and timely documentation in electronic medical records. Support admissions, transfers, and discharges while monitoring hourly rounding and facilitating shift handovers. Complete accident/incident reports and formally round on patients and staff. Work 7:00am-7:30pm, full-time, 36 hours weekly. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, one year of experience, and Florida RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Greater than 1 year
- State of Florida RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Cardiac Cath Lab: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale and ACLS
- Emergency Department: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS and PALS
- Intensive Care Unit: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale and ACLS
- Interventional Radiology: BLS NIH Stroke Scale and ACLS
- Med/Telemetry: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale and ACLS
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit: BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Women's Center: BLS and NRP
