Job Summary
Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts while assessing daily patient care needs and distributing assignments. Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care, identifying issues that impact desired results. Respond to complaints about patient care through established channels and contribute to performance evaluations of staff. Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner while performing other duties as assigned. Works in a day shift with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year of registered nurse experience
