Job Summary
Charge Nurse responsible for supervising staff and unit flow on designated shift; coordinates schedules and staff assignments; ensures Standards of Practice and quality, safe patient care; performs patient-care duties as needed; roles include leadership, organization, and collaboration with physicians and health-care providers; requires California RN license, BLS, ACLS within 3 months, NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 3 months, and two years acute care experience. 12-hour day shifts in a full-time Charge Nurse role.
Required Qualifications
- Two years acute experience required
- Current RN license in the State of California
- BLS required
- ACLS is required within 3 months of hire/transfer
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification "A" required within three (3) months of hire/transfer
