Charge Nurse

Coordinate patient care, supervise staff nurses, manage assignments, and support clinical decision-making to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes on the Healthcare & Medical Services unit. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor and precept nurses, and help drive process improvements. This role involves leading nursing care within UCHealth's diverse, inclusive, nonprofit, patient-centered system, which offers strong onboarding, ongoing training, and clear pathways for professional growth.
