Job Summary

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, and model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This onsite role involves a full-time night shift schedule with a quarterly incentive program for night shift personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1 year of nursing experience
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
  • BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
  • This position is an onsite role
  • Work nights
