Job Summary
Ensure care delivery aligns with company missions, policies, state/federal regulations, and accepted standards of practice. Direct overall nursing operations, integration, coordination, and direction during assigned shifts. Mentor and educate nursing personnel while collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires an active, good-standing RN license and prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
