Charge Nurse RN- Sign on bonus

Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents while supervising LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs. Initiate team conferences to develop individualized care plans, assess resident conditions, and implement physician orders. Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations. Assign nursing care based on resident needs and staff capabilities, ensuring supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained. Supervise the nursing unit, including scheduling and directing staff, while participating in orientation and in-service training. Assist physicians with special tests and procedures, coordinate care for therapy or procedures, and institute emergency measures for adverse developments. Interview applicants and recommend hires, participating in counseling and disciplinary actions where permitted.
