Job Summary
Conduct medication administration, assist residents with activities of daily living, and support their independence while maintaining a home-like environment. Train staff and assist the director of nursing, ensuring care aligns with treatment plans and state regulations. Evaluate health emergencies per scope of practice and enforce infection control protocols. Review and update resident care documentation daily. Requires a current registered nurse license and one year of healthcare supervision experience. Schedule is Tuesday through Friday.
