Charge Nurse (RN) PCU/Telemetry

Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for patients with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit. Provide care tailored to patient condition and age while performing timely documentation and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Execute quality improvement assessments and monitor patients using advanced cardiac technology. This role requires current NC licensure, AHA BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months, with one year of experience preferred. Night shift (7p-7a) with 3x12s rotating weekends.
