Charge Nurse (RN) PCU, FT Nights - Windy Hill Hospital

Direct and oversee daily unit activities on night shifts, including making patient assignments, rounding with physicians, and managing bed flow in conjunction with surgery schedules. Monitor equipment inventory, participate in resource planning for staffing surges, and round on every patient to evaluate care quality and implement corrective actions. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, document care, and serve as a preceptor for new grads and float staff. Lead performance improvement initiatives, ensure survey readiness, and support shared governance model activities.
