Charge Nurse (RN) OR

Conduct patient care in a 12-bed OR unit on the 1st floor, assisting with general surgery, bariatrics, orthopedic, and urological procedures alongside RNs, CSTs, and FAs. Utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions to serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys through daily collaboration. Maintain current state RN licensure, an associate's degree, and required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 30 and 60 days of hire, respectively. One year of experience is preferred. Work within a supportive environment at Memorial Medical Center, a 199-bed acute hospital in Las Cruces, NM, part of Lifepoint Health.
