Charge Nurse RN or LPN

Charge Nurse RN or LPN in Bend, OR on a 12-hour shift (6 AM–6 PM). As a nurse, you are essential to quality resident care with duties including medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training and supervising staff, and supporting dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents. You will train staff and assist the director of nursing, assist residents with ADLs and other care per resident plans, follow infection control and safety procedures, review and communicate care documentation, and evaluate health emergencies within nurse scope and state regulations. Typical candidates have 1 year of supervision in healthcare; new grads are encouraged to apply.
