Job Summary
Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for neonatal through geriatric patients. Provide care tailored to patient condition and age, while completing timely documentation and revising Interdisciplinary Care Plans. Conduct QI assessments and maintain medical records reflecting medical necessity. Requires current state RN license, associate's degree, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one year of experience.
