Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, and perform resident assessments to monitor condition changes. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, assign care duties, and coordinate daily workflow while communicating effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare providers. Complete accurate nursing documentation to maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations and promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves a nights shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly after 90 days. Candidates must hold a current active RN license in Missouri and BLS/CPR certification, with 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
