Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, identify patient goals and approaches, and resolve patient and family concerns. Summarize concerns for the Clinical Unit Manager. This role requires a current Virginia Board of Nursing license and effective verbal and written communication skills. The position offers a $5,000 retention bonus, a competitive rate of pay, and comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance within 60-90 days of hire, paid time off, holiday extra pay, and a matched 401k. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
