Charge Nurse (RN) - Neuro

Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts to ensure safe, quality care on a specialized 39-bed neuro unit. Report to the Director or Manager of Department while managing a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with Patient Care Assistants supporting the team. Maintain licensure and complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS within specified timelines.
