Job Summary
Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, establish appropriate care plans, and supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts. Assist in determining staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and patient flow while providing direct patient care, managing admissions, discharges, and transfers. Evaluate care effectiveness, respond to patient care complaints, and ensure staff has necessary equipment and supplies. Requires current Tennessee RN license and BLS certification. 3x12-hour rotating day shifts with weekends.
