CHARGE NURSE RN/LVN 2nd SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY (72759)

Confer with the Medical Director and attending physicians regarding specific residents, consulting on evaluations to assist in planning nursing services. Examine residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Help team members grow their careers under the guidance of a DON and ADONs.
