Charge Nurse (RN / LPN )

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff while developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring seamless communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Coordinate Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives and demonstrate expertise in medication administration, vital signs, and wound care. Participate in staff education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills within a fast-paced environment.
