Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee clinical outcomes while ensuring quality care, customer service, and positive employee relationships remain top priorities. Provide direct patient care, collect data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care. Supervise and deliver career coaching to existing team members. Maintain positive employee relationships and adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities. Requires a current RN or LPN/LVN license with at least one year of supervisory experience and stable work history.
