Job Summary
Charge Nurse RN/LPN position at Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lenoir, NC. Supervises, coordinates, and directs the work of nursing assistants; provides individualized nursing care per each resident’s plan of care; manages admissions, transfers, discharges; administers medications/treatments; communicates procedures to patients; monitors vital signs and maintains medical records; supports resident independence and continuity of care; requires active NC RN or LPN licensure and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
- Active Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina
