Job Summary
Charge Nurse RN/LPN provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans; supervises and delegates tasks to nursing staff; collaborates with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; conducts patient education to promote independence and self-care; maintains accurate records; participates in quality improvement initiatives; demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive, supportive environment. Requires current LPN/RN licensure in North Carolina; supports LifeWorks Rehab Program; suitable for new graduates in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Location: Greensboro, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 0 years of experience as a nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and delegation skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
