Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity. Perform daily rounds to ascertain resident condition and comfort, while assessing and evaluating changes in status to institute appropriate interventions. Follow safety and infection control guidelines, initiating procedures to protect residents from injury and ensuring effective communication with physicians, families, and allied health professionals. Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements with current CPR certification.
