Charge Nurse (RN) - ICU Weekender

Provide guidance and support to staff, maintain a safe environment, and ensure patient throughput by directing nursing assignments based on acuity. Deliver direct clinical care by assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per shift and unit basis. Supervise support staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and accountability to the Chief Nursing Officer for high-quality, safe nursing standards. Coordinate closely with medical providers to optimize patient flow and resource management.
