Charge Nurse (RN) (Full-time NIGHTS) $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Full-time night shift available with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and pay range of $32-$42/hr.
