Charge Nurse (RN) ER

Deliver comprehensive patient care by implementing treatment plans, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patient conditions in a 19-bed Emergency Room. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including transfers, discharges, and support services, while supervising, coaching, and evaluating staff. Educate patients and families based on individual needs, advocate for patient rights, and maintain accurate documentation while adapting to changing workloads. Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications, with ER experience and an associate's degree. Full-time position with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and relocation assistance.
