Job Summary
Assess patients and staff needs, coordinate care delivery and patient flow, and execute the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Serve as a role model and resource while demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Manage direct patient care and charge nurse duties in an acute care setting within PIH Health's regional network. Maintain current California RN licensure, BLS certification, and continuing education.

- Clinical education related to specialty
- Principles of patient/family teaching
- Current California RN license

Desired Qualifications
- Clinical certifications preferred for applicable units, i.e. ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.
- BSN/MSN preferred
- 2 years prior experience in an acute care facility preferred
