Charge Nurse (RN) – Days 7a-7p

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. Perform resident assessments, monitor condition changes, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants while assigning daily care duties. Coordinate clinical operations, communicate with families and healthcare providers, and complete accurate documentation to maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. This role offers a $1,500 quarterly sign-on bonus, same-day pay, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Candidates must hold an active Missouri RN license with BLS/CPR certification and 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
