Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, identify patient goals and approaches, resolve patient and family concerns, and summarize concerns for the Clinical Unit Manager. Maintain effective verbal and written communication while interacting with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
