Charge Nurse RN

Oversee daily nursing operations by leading the unit, managing staff assignments, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Conduct patient assessments, triage acuity, and coordinate care plans while addressing immediate clinical needs. Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication during shift transitions. Maintain accurate documentation and report critical incidents to senior leadership. Full-time, 12-hour shifts with rotating on-call duties required.
