Job Summary
Charge Nurse (RN) in a skilled nursing community overseeing nursing services during assigned shifts, supervising nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs), administering medications and treatments per physician orders, completing resident assessments and care plans, ensuring compliance with nursing care standards, communicating changes in resident condition to families and physicians, conducting routine rounds, documenting incidents, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred
