Charge Nurse (RN)

Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for clinical leadership and supervision during assigned shifts in a skilled nursing community. Oversee nursing services, supervise and guide nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs), administer medications and treatments per physician orders, complete resident assessments and care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, document incidents, communicate changes in resident condition to families and leadership, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and resident safety. Serve as a central resource for care delivery, uphold standards, and support leadership in delivering resident-centered care with a focus on safety, compliance, and compassionate service.
