Charge Nurse (RN)

Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership in a skilled nursing community. Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts, supervise nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, CMAs), administer medications and treatments per physician orders, complete resident assessments and care plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, communicate changes in resident condition to families and leadership, conduct routine rounds, address incidents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. The role supports Americare’s mission and involves guiding staff, ensuring policy adherence, and upholding resident safety and high standards of care.
