Charge Nurse (RN) - Adult Operating Room Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, communicating critical information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor other nurses, and uphold shared governance principles. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and contribute to recruitment efforts. Full-time weekend availability with days and nights options; $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
