Charge Nurse (RN) - Adult Operating Room Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Coordinate daily patient flow and experience, prioritizing actions based on patient needs and maintaining accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate necessary information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change implementation, and foster the growth of other nurses through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time weekends-only schedule available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
