Charge Nurse (RN) - Adult Operating Room Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short and long-term outcomes. Prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care delivery, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes, and compliance incidents. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource for families, and communicate necessary information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change implementation, and contribute ideas to enhance work environment processes. Mentor other nurses, foster professional growth, and uphold shared governance principles through peer feedback and recruitment efforts. Full-time weekend availability with days and nights options. $10,000 sign-on bonus available. Associates Nursing degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
