Coordinate daily Endoscopy Center operations including narcotic counts, crash cart checks, infection control logs, and staff scheduling. Manage patient care from admission to discharge, finalize charts, process post-op calls, and balance patient payment collections. Ensure rooms are stocked and cleaned, monitor inventory and biohazard pickup, and conduct weekly and monthly safety inspections. Lead quarterly disaster drills and annual scope room vapor monitoring while collaborating with the Nurse Manager. Maintain compliance with Georgia nursing practice laws and facility policies.
