Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and deliver safe care according to established policies. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care changes, and incidents while serving as an educational resource for patients and families. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours per week) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
