Job Summary
Charge Nurse (RN) – 4S Acute Care in Surgery, full-time days at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Provides patient care coordination and leadership within the patient care team, ensures adherence to safety and professional standards, participates in performance improvement, supports shared governance, and mentors nursing staff. Maintains licensure and certifications, completes required training, and contributes to a positive work environment while delivering high-quality nursing services and coordinating care plans with the patient, family, and care team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelor's Nursing-Preferred
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
